Cancellations
We observe a very firm 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. If you reschedule within the 24 hour period, there will be an 25% service fee.
Fees
Use of the spa facilities is included with spa treatments. Day use passes are available for purchase at the spa front desk.
Day use is available based on Spa Occupancy. Please call in advance.
18% gratuity is added to services received, per guest approval. Gratuities are dispersed to staff members who provided guests with their treatments. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.
Medical/Pregnancy
If you are under medical care, please consult your physician prior to making your spa reservation.
Check-In
To make your entire spa experience one of effortless relaxation and enjoyment, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Arriving early will give you the opportunity to indulge in our amenities such as the eucalyptus steam rooms or outdoor hot tubs. To preserve our tranquil spa environment cell phones must be turned off while in the spa and spa garden.
- Smoking is not permitted in the spa or spa garden.
- Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa.
- Food & Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted in the spa.
- Guests are not permitted to bring food or alcohol into the spa. Room service and light snacks are available for purchase.
- Use of cell phones is not permitted in spa facility or spa garden.
