What to Bring:
For the fitness facility (located in the main lodge building), the only essentials are the appropriate workout clothes and sneakers.
At the spa you will receive a robe and slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings.
Our locker facilities are well appointed with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and many other amenities. Bring a bathing suit if you plan to dip in our co-ed bathing pool. The steam room is not co-ed.
Are There Medical Benefits To Visiting our Spa?
The number guaranteed benefit of visiting our spa is your immersion into a relaxing, stress reducing environment. Stress reduction is one of the major contributors to good health. In addition, many of our spa treatments are geared towards relieving aches and pains of many varieties.
Should I Visit The Spa If I am pregnant?
Yes, by all means. However when booking body treatments guests are required to be past their first trimester. We also advise using only the Watsu pools, rather than the hot tub or steam facilities. Our therapists are fully trained to safely provide special treatments and services during pregnancy. We advise you on treatments to avoid using deep pressure or involving heat.
Can I Wear Makeup?
You are welcome to wear makeup but it will be removed for certain treatments such as facials.
Can I Request A Male or Female Therapist?
Yes, our therapists are fully trained in draping techniques to ensure your comfort at all times. Please indicate your preference when making your reservation, or male, female preferences cannot be guaranteed.
Should I Take My Jewelry Off?
Please don’t bring valuables to the spa.
Is There Someone To Help Me Decide Which Treatments Are Best For Me?
Our Spa Concierge can help you plan a program to suit your needs and interests. Please make appointments well in advance of your visit to ensure availability.
Do You Offer Day Use Without A Treatment?
Yes, day use is available based on Spa Occupancy for $35 and gives you access to the locker facilities, use of a robe and slippers, the steam room, the spa gardens and pools and the relaxation room. Please call in advance.
